When domain owners list a name on Fusu, they commit to sell the name exclusively through Fusu, to ensure that shareholders get paid out as well.

In order to guarantee a safe Exchange, Fusu requires listed domains to be "in escrow" with specific registrars. These Fusu Certified Registrars have committed to get approval from Fusu before any transfer or ownership is allowed, securing the shareholders' interests. While the domain is in escrow, the registrant information does not change and still lists the original domain owner.
